welcome to the forums. you can do a lot w/ 800. but PLEASE, correct ur grammar, more ppl will read.
Anyway, if you are getting into drifting, you don't necessarily need to buy anything, rwd is enough. Of course, lsd, suspension, power, will all make it easier, but look at the origin of drifting: bunch of poor kids w/ nothing to do.
I would personally suggest spend some money fixing your car back to stock first, like the headlights and such. Do a tune up, make sure everything is working, compression is ok, suspension is ok.
From there decide what you want first:
1) Suspension - very important no matter what you get into - probably the wisest investment for start up - 10yr old suspension isn't in the greatest of shape
2) Power - can vary depending on how much you want to spend, have time for, etc - this can and probably will change a lot -> some ppl build toward only what they want, some ppl buy whatever they can and end up changing their minds and buying more stuff wasting a bunch of money and time (like me) but learn a lot in the process.
Your setup of lsd, suspension, header, etc sounds like a good start up set up.
Take time to know your car. Each car behaves differently. Get used to how the stock suspension works first, take it to its limits -> then upgrade and see/feel the difference.
