First off once again thank you for all the help with stuff guys!!!!! I just got the whole suspension done almost everything is brand new bushings(14 hour nightmare) coilovers adjustable everything etc i also eliminated the hicas steering pump and installed the hicas delete kit in the rear and that created a light on the cluster which was expected ( any tricks on how to get that to clear). 1 There is now a whining noise that starts around 2700rmp and stops the second I put the clutch in. 2 this is an ongoing issue not a new issue when I start the car (only when the car is cold and it is cold outside) the starter grinds. Me and my buddy took the starter out and the teeth in the starter and flywheel look almost new. I replaced the relay that is on the backside of the driver front wheel well and that did not fix the issue any ideas. As always THANK YOU for the help!!!!!!

Unplug the smaller connector to the HICAS computer near the ECU, dash light will turn off.
Not sure about the wine, could be throw out bearing related since is goes away when clutch pedal is pressed.
Starter grind issue is probably the starter solenoid that engages the Bendix gear to the flywheel. replace starter

I don't. Next to the ECU is the HICAS control unit (28505 33P50), has two connectors running into it, unplug the smaller one.

Got it just did it and the hicas light is cleared your the man
