NEED HELP no power to HVAC control and no fan running in my 97 S14

K here's the deal I have a 97 240sx AT (converted to 5spd) with an s13 sr20. I have the wiring hooked up for the basic, IGN, fuel, etc. etc.... but i have the plugs and all the goodies pluged into the Fan blower and the HVAC is all hooked up but when try to use the HVAC it does not function. Can anyone help me or direct me if i need to ad some kind of wire to power up the HVAC controls??? THanks

is ur system full of freon. i remeber reading somewhere that most a/c systems have a some sort of a sfety pressure switch that wont allow it to turn on if their isnt enough freon pressure.
