need help.. no clue why either??

I recently added some greddy RAS onto my sr20 blacktop.. for some reason after I added them.. all my rocker arms jumped out of place.. even my valve shim guides jumped out.. why is this?? Ive taken my motor out many times.. and it never happened before til now.. any ideas??

just a suggestion have no experience with it, but was everything torqued back together within spec?? If all of them fell off something had to be put together wrong. Was the motor running, still running? If they all fell off with the motor on, you're looking at a rebuild or new motor.

the motor as running for a little bit til they fell off.. then motor wouldnt start anymore.. pretty sure its still good.. everything was torque right.. ive taken my motor apart alotttt of times.. and work just fine.. yeah the rocker guides were damaged.. suckss..

you probably put on the rocker arm guides on the wrong side, they snapped then the rocker arm flew off. I'm also gonna guess that there's a small horse shoe shaped dent in the bottom of the ras?

which side goes where?? the shims to the right and guides to the left??

if you look at the rocker arm, that'll tell you. You will see that one side of the rocker arm's Y is shaved thinner than the other. The thinner side goes to the guide.
