NEED HELP! NEW CLUTCH WONT STAY IN GEAR! KA24DE

Ok I have a 92 240sx (KA24DE) just changed my clutch and disc, now it wont stay in gear, it slides in kind of weird and then just comes back out, idk how to explain how it feels but mainly reverse wont go in gear, I have to hold it in gear to get it to move with a little grinding, but it doesn't grind in any other gear????. My clutch pedal is out of adjustment aswell if that has anything to do with it. I have about half clutch, thats how much its out of wack. IDK I was kind of skeptical about what the clutch looked like so if its a bad clutch that would suck. Damn ebay parts!!!! BTW its a Hydrolic clutch. Should I adjust the clutch and see if that works? Thanks for any help.

Did you bleed the lines? You have to bleed from two places if you haven't removed the clutch line "box"... Was it a used clutch or something?

I'll bleed the clutch tonight, if it stops raining. No I bought the clutch new, but I bought it off ebay so thats way the parts doesn't fit because you get what you pay for. My dumbass falt. The pressure plate didn't even line up with the dowel pins on the fly-wheel. So I'm guessing thats probably whys its not operating the way it should. I'll post when I have more news.

Hatin it. Buy a Spec. They are cheap and work well enough.
