I currently own a 1990 300zx, pulled the plenum for the first time over the weekend :rotfl changing out the injectors and upgrading to the new style injectors, coolant bypass and an egr delete..... I'm having trouble with what to do for the vacuum lines under the two plenum holes in the front... they sit right next to the coolant pipes. beneath the plenum

check out my instagram I have pictures can't upload to here: nacho300z

any help you can provide will be helpful ty! I'm stuck taking the uber for now :/

If you want people to look at your pics you need to embed them from a hosting site, not many people are going to go to your instagram (to help you increase your views). I'm not sure which plenum holes you're talking about but if you post a photo I'm sure I could help you out.

i put it up so it can help me out, not for views :(, alright thanks...i am doing the coolant line and egr delete. Image i am unsure what to do with this vacuum line

Image this is the driver side

Image i believe this one comes from the egr valve (the L shaped vacuum line)

the last one goes from the balance tube to the front of the plenum Image

Cap those and secure with a clamp or zip ties.

Thanks for posting the pics, I fixed your links for ya. BTW I'm a bit of an a** so welcome to the neighborhood. I don't remember where those vac lines run but a safe bet would be to ensure that anything you still have left on the car (carbon canister, PRVP, AIV, etc) have a vac feed and then like itsa300zx said cap and secure the rest. There is a vacuum diagram floating around the web for the Z32 vac and coolant deletes, try searching google you should find it pretty easy.

Ran into some trouble guys ... installed the new injectors ,soldered the new connections , connected everything back up. But when i tried to start it ,the car would just crank but not fire up. Does the ecu need a reset or am i missing something.

in the process of removing everything to make sure i got everything. I have a video if anyone wants to see it. Thanks

ECU shouldn't need to be reset, I'm assuming you disconnected the battery before removing the plenum.

Double and triple check all the wire connections that were taken apart (cas, ptu, the two behind dr. head lamp).

Make sure all the efi grounds are hooked up, I think there were two at the back of plenum.

All vac hoses are good ans tight.

Fuel hoses not back wards????

run for codes.
