need help kat

i am having problems with the idle on my kat. i am runing a bov from audi.plumbed back in front of turbo. safc2 i think i got the dec. air set right.i have the pcv fresh air intake line pluged at throttle bodie and a filter at valve cover. egr valve is still on the car but the line from the manifold is plugged. the idle sometimes diles good the it will idle down real low sounds like about a 600 lift cam then it will smooth out and idle good.and also on my afc the throttle shows weird percentenge. at closed it shows like 7.8 and at full it shows 99.7. plus it has a small surge at higway speed.sorry for the long story thanks for all your help. its a 92 240 ka24de t3 turbo

If your having a surge then I say you got an electrical problem.How did you connect your wires forsafc? Sure you got good grounds? My idle is decent but my plugs aren't gapped right.But it is perfect for top end so I can live with it.idle is good for abotu 10secodns then starts to drop.

i got to messing with it last night and i can move the harness for the tps and it will greatly affect idle wiggle it real fast and it will just abut go dead. there is another harness right beside it above throte bodie if you wiggle it i chages to. it idled good this morning. and my afc is solderd in at computer i got diagram from apex. thanks for your help.

Get a can of contact cleaner and take those plugs off and spray them. Dirty contacts can do the same thing.
