Hey dudes

I roll in a 93 240sx hatch MT, stock KA aside from the Koyo radiator, cold air intake and aluminum radiator overflow tank and sleepy eye controller.

I recently had the starter rebuilt and installed and new battery. Last year, during the super hot summer days, the car didn't want to start. I would turn the key and get nothing, no clicking or poping. It wasnt every hot day but it happened enough to notice. Well seasons changed and everything was fine.

It recently started doing it again this year. The car was sitting in direct sunlight, burned your hand if your touched it. I turned the key and nothing.

I was thinking it might be the neutral safety switch but I dont even know where it is. I'm hoping some one else here had the same problem and could help me out. Thanks in advance.

Download the factory service manual and use that. But the neutral safety switch is located to the left of the fuse box by the battery, if your looking at it from the passenger side fender. Also does the ignition relay click at all? Try switching that around too and see if does anything also look over your fuses while your at it.

Those kind of problems problems were the worst. If you can diagnose the problem when is hot and happening, that would be the best. Id guess ign switch or nuetral safety switch. Posibly clutch switch????
