need help is this the right seal for my transmission(sr20det)

Im swapping transmissions in a few weeks, from what i know I need to swap the bell housing from my SR transmission to my KA transmission

will this seal fit on the S14 SR20 bell housing? # Product SKU: 32112-S14001

also i cant seem to find the right throw out bearing for the sr20, anyone have the part# so i can seach for it?

Well I bought that same seal but for a S13 KA transmission and put it on my S13 SR transmission so it should be the same way for a S14.

I just checked again and the transmission seals are S13/S14 compatable so they must be the same.
