Headers you need a shop unless you are really good with taking things apart and putting them back together they will charge about $500 yes its a lot but thats because they are difficult to install on theses cars. to find a shop that does it search the regional forum.

Now test pipes are easy you need to jack up your car and swap out you cats for the test pipes.

if you are having a shop install your headers they will probably charge you nothing to put the test pies in too

I agree with Richie. Unless mechanically inclined do not try and do this yourself. The only reason mine have not been installed yet is because I can never get my dad freed up for a few days. Yes I said days. There are some write-ups online in various websites that have done this. 1 guy took like 2 8 hour days to do it himself. Another guy took 5 hours with a buddy helping him. My dad has been a mechanic for 30+ years and I've been working on my own cars for 8 years. The reason I am planning for a couple days is because I don't want to rush it and be left without a car for a while lol.

When doing my N/A build, I opted to do headers, high-flow cats and full true dual exhaust. The headers were the worst to install, it took forever. You couldn't get your hand inside to open the bolts keeping them on the car, even with extenders and torque wrenches. Professional Nissan dealership mechanics took 6 hours to do the install. It would've taken longer but we took the whole gearbox out.

However, if you get the engine out too, it's a breeze, and will take 10 - 15 minutes. It's your call.

The test-pipes/high flow cats are easier, and can be done in an hour.

I installed DC Sports headers and Megan Racing high-flow cats.
