Did some research, but couldn't find any detailed info.

I need to replace my injectors, and need some pointers of how to do it correctly. I have looked through the FSM, and know the proper way to release fuel pressure. Mainly, I need to know what I need to remove to get to the injectors. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

unplug and pull back the part of the wiring harness that runs above the manifold and injectors (cas, coolant temp, injectors, fast idle junk). remove the screws/bolts holding down the bracket for the fuel rail. remove rail, the injectors should more or less come out with it. replace injectors. reinstall junk.

theres a 14mm nut that holds the rail onto the intake at the back..don't miss that one!! Took me 10 minutes to find it, and I had to swear a lot too.

tipsneeds a 12mm open ender, 14mm socket and universal joint and 6 inch extension bar.

Do it when the engine is cold.Don't smoke while doing it.Get some papertowels to soak up excess fuel that will run out of the full fuel rail.

and when putting back in, make sure you use oil/vaseline on the o-rings, both fuel rail side and intake mani side.
