Only purchase on the contingent on the seller allowing you to have a complete inspection at a local Infiniti dealer and to also run the VIN number.
Use any discovered deficiencies to lower the negotiated price. At 176k miles various components may be near end of life

Good luck

Obviously it's a bit difficult to tell by just the pictures, but the price seems at least reasonable (under the assumption everything is good order).

Follow Telcoman's advice, you need a carfax and a full inspection by a dealer (or I would say a trusted personal mechanic).

Infiniti's are generally reliable though so there could be a good chance this one is fine.
Bought my 2004 G35 w/ 123k and I'm just hitting 148k and there has been zero unscheduled maintenance (carfax was sound and inspection was pretty much perfect).

Price is reasonable for a private sale given its age, mileage and options. It's critical that you get a thorough inspection, at your expense, by an Infiniti dealer or a trustworthy independent mechanic familiar with Infinitis. With a car this old, the previous owners' maintenance habits are even more important than the basic soundness of the brand and model. Carfax is helpful but be aware that not everything gets reported to Carfax.
