Need help IDing turbo!

So I just bought this turbo from a dude but I cant seem to match the id tag. Basically want to know if its REAL. Its supposed to be a gt2871,the thing says GARRETT everywhere. This is what the ID tag reads...

MG 0190J
G17200-K00090
472560-15

Help please! I've been to turbobygarrett.com but cant get clear answers. thanks

also try calling garrett too
