need help identifying(sp) catback

ok, ive found 2 catbacks for an s13 but the hangers on them are completely different.





i think the bottom one is the one i want but just making sure.

yeah... the bottom one loks the same as the one on my hatch

hmmmm well after looking around i havent found any catbacks with hangers anything like the top picture, all the s14's have one going up and then one going way out towards the drivers side. and all the s13's have two going straight up out the top.
