need help identifying *pics*

ok well i was wondering what the plug/harness is that is circled in "GREEN."i thought it was the coolant temp sensor but after searching, i realized it wasnt. im wondering because while the engine is cold (maybe when warm too idk i didnt check) whenever i push that sensor down the RPM's go up for a short moment then go back down as a reease pushing down. anyone know what it is?

and just wondering what the harness in "BLUE" was, i think thats the main angine harness?

and while i have your attention, this is the clutch pedal switch:is it supposed to be plugged into anything? i have a auto to manual swapped car.

The one in the second picture is the Knock sensor sub harness. I can't make anything out on the first picture.

I think the switch is the cruise control cancel.
