need help identifying bracket sr20de S15

Can't remember where it goes..... :squint:
I check my prior photos I took before the swap and don't see it. Also try looking in the FSM to no avail. Here is a pic, normally is plated and somewhat golden. In this case, I painted it black.

looks like it holds a harness clip but im not sure
