need help identifying a part.

The other day I walked around my 98 maxima (DD) and I noticed my license plate lights literally hanging from their wires, but with the bolts still in them!! I have come to the conclusion that the frame that it was mounted to literally rusted apart (car is rusty as hell). can someone please let me know what part is missing so i can comb the classifieds?? thx.

Looking at the factory parts diagram, it's just the little plastic bits that the screws go into that hold the lights to the bumper. If those aren't holding anymore, I'd try just using a nut and bolt to hold it in.
