Need Help!!! How Do I put my HKS Super BOV?

I Just got my HKS SUPER BOV! And there is 2 line fitting that I don't know where to hook it up to!

One is on the top and the other is at the black part! You can see the Pic below!

Please Help me, I really want this thing on my car so I can hear how it sound!
