NEED HELP HOOKINH UP BOOST CONTROL

Was up guys, i fell dumb by asking this question but i cant figure it out. I need help hooking my aem true boos up. but on problem i dont have the stock intake or the oil blow by line that go in to the turbo intake it is pluged off, so i hook the aem true boost up like this i put one boost to the the turbo acturator and i hooked up the other line to the intake manifold... but it toot foever to get to 10 pounds of boost,, i mean it took until 55000 rpm to get there i no that no right.. so then i taped a fitting to the turbo intake where the old oil lines went that was pluged and then i ran it to the aem BS and the boost jumps up to 20 pounds real quick but that is to much.. does anyone no how to hook it up??? thanks guys

boost controllers should have a signal tee'd off the vac from the fpr and the other going to the wastegate, adjust ala the knob that they all have if it's a manual boost controller.
