(NEED HELP!!) HID Kit question??

Just purchased a xentec HID kit. have it installed. not very hard to do. the problem i'm having is that the low beams wont turn on....unless i turn on the high beams. i have double checked my connections and all is color coordinated to match up. Anybody have any ideas on what may bve the problem????
