Need help here about the EX35 door jam sticker..

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Everyone,

I have a question: The date that is located on the door jam sticker is the date that the car was made? Production date off the assembly line? Inspected? or is this date when they printed the stickers? or what?

I think I caught Infiniti playing a game last night to me and to others at the dealership. I will explain when people respond. Thanks.

I want to say that that is the final production date. The date on the door is different from the in-service located on your repair order. The in-service date is what your warranty coverage is based on. However recalls and TSBs are produced for certain VIN and productions ranges.

As for trying to pull the wool over your eyes I am very curious to hear about this but if it could be a legal issue I would prefer it if you could email me before posting. As these number are federally mandated and you may or may not be having an issue that could snowball.

Good Luck

I might have an issue that I need your help on. I can email you what is going on. I even have evidence in hand. What is your email. I don't want to cause an issue, maybe this happened to some of us and not everyone. I think it depends on the dealer, even though the dealer told me that everything comes from corporate. This puzzles me big time.

What is your email address?

That is exactly what I was getting at asking you to contact me. Your car shouldn't be keeping you up at night, hell it's like 5am there and I have seen you all over the EX board this morning Hopefully we can get you some resolution or I will do what I can to point you in the right direction to get some help.

You can find any members email by clicking their name in a thread that will open their profile. [email protected] (I keep forgetting how to hyperlink an email on this forum )

Aww that sounds rough.

Don't stress this too much, as long as you and your family are safe, everything else is secondary.

Thanks man, I just lost my mind for several hours there. I hate being lied to over and over again from the same dealer and service people. Now I have a car in the garage that is not doing well. The battery is low and the fuel pump whines. My rep just called and told me that he can't do anything for me, since the car has no recalls. I don't understand this at all. I get more angry every time they call me.
