Need Help have some problems!

Ok here is the first problem there is a knocking sound it's either in the suspension on or the drivetrain. The mods that I have done is aluminum driveshaft and Exedy clutch, a set of HKS Hipermax coilovers and peak performance inner and outer tie rods. the sound is coming from the rear what could it be? It is alot louder under braking.The second problem is the pedal pressure is really light there is a new M/c and s/c on it and it has been bleed. What else is there to check?

did you check the brake pads and rotor thickness yet?

did you bleed all 4 corners?

The problem is actually with the clutch pedal, brakes are fine. The clutch has low pedal pressure, but has been bled.
