Need help getting windshield wipers working

So I picked up a cheap 1997 le with 170,000 on it. One of the many problems with it is that there isn't a wiper reservoir or pump. Until I have the money to get the pump and new reservoir I would like to get at least the wipers moving. If anyone thinks they can help I'm all ears.

Thanks for the link! I've already gone over the troubleshooting guides but I think my issue lies in that I don't have a pump or reservoir my wiper fluid. There are two wire harnesses just dangling where he reservoir was.
