i replaced the head gasket and the tension rail for the timing chain. I made sure the marks were lined up and made sure the chain links were right. Its a ka24e, im attaching a video please help and i know its moving a lot i think the side mount bolts are off. I checked the timing again and again, i have spark i have fuel and compression but im going to check compression again tomorrow. Only aftermarket things i have on it are pacesetter headers and a cold air intake. The problem stays the same with the intake on or the intake off, im lost.

Welcome to the forum,
you need to hook the intake up and make sure it has no leaks, the mafs reads the air coming into the motor and the ecu makes decisions based on that. the mafs is located at the end of the intake. beyond that it seems like your timing is off, probably the distributor is a tooth off. of course you can check the ecu for codes. get the FSM (factory service manual) you can find it here searching and it will tell you how to check those codes.
