need help gettin stock side mount intercooler mounted!

how the heck do you get the smic up in there number one. and two, where do you mount it?

It goes in your driver side wheel-well. Take off the wheel, and inner fender well and you'll be able to bolt it up in there. Under your factory intake box, there will be a raised section of metal that is stamped. All you have to do is cut this out, and you'll be able to run your hot/cold piping into your side mount. Hope that helps!

Split some small diameter (1.5" ID) radiator hose or fuel line and line the hole with it. Looks a little better and helps reduce rattle from piping. I have metal pipes, so it was really loud with out it LOL.

I all ready did i saw somebody else do it. thought it looked good. and it does!

been thinkin of doing that myself.. mine rattles like crazy at idle.. of course I need to smooth the hole out..

couldn't get the dremel in there for most of it so I just swiss cheesed it with a drill and took a huge flathead screwdriver and hammer and just banged the bastard out.. so I have all these half circles around the edges from the drilling out..
