Every time I brake. It grinds like its pads are Mettle to mettle. Checked them out. Still band new pads. Can't figure out if it's barring or tie rod. Please help. Need some advise so I can start working on it.

Could be debris such as rocks, dirt, road salt, etc

What is the condition of the suspension? A failing bearing starts to 'whistle' and then eventually makes grinding sound, but it's continuous when you are driving. Check the rotor for warpage as well as the brake wear metal indicator which could be bent.
