Need help from somebody San Diego area.

Ok so I would like to complete an online transaction for a set of wheels. The person states that he lives in the San Diego area and I live in Long Island, NY. So is there somebody here that can take some time out for me, swing by the guys house and check out the wheels for me, maybe give him the evil eye so that he knows no funny stuff will be accepted? Any help will be greatly appreciated and rewarded.
