ok, heres my dilemma

i'm gonna get a great price on some wheels that are 17x8 but the offset is +39... :(

will these clear stock struts? i'm worried that they may brush! i plan on getting some 15mm spacers though so that will bump the offset to +24, but until i get them, i was hoping to still use them...:help

That would be tight but should still fit without spacers.

I would actually contradict grant, that wheel will be 18mm closer to the strut housing, and I knwo of people with similar wheels who have scrubbed(see other questions below about scrubbing with a 7" 40mm offset, its 15mm closer, which is farther than yours, and It will most likely scrub).

and, we all know spacers are bad :)-chetis there some compelling reason you got these wheels when they are the wrong offset?

well 1, they're BBS wheels for 500 bucks :pface

2. i loove these wheels and i cant afford them new (not aware of any proper offset in this style anyways) they are the RK style

3. i'm getting GOOD hubcentric spacers w/ longer studs so i feel forgiven for the fact that ill have spacers
