I need to know how to pull off the timing sprocket on the the crank so I can replace my oil pump. I'm open to any and all ideas.

What are the head bolt sizes so I can buy the right socket for it?

All the info you'll need is in the stickies...

27mm bolt for the crank pully bolt

You'll need to take the little alignment pin out. I didn't have trouble with this but there's an alignment pin that must be taken out. Be care with this because some people accidently break the crank sprocket trying to do so.

Once you're done with that, have fun taking off the oil pan and you're home free~!

Thats a little more helpful. I have motor stripped down. The only thing holding me back is the spocket. I tried pulling the key out, but it doesn't want to budge. I wasn't sure on how to pull that key out. And I searched trying to figure out both of my questions.

Drill and tap two holes in the gear, then make a puller and have at it. A flat bit of metal (really, really strong) with two holes in it and some good high-strength bolts should do it. Tighten them up evenly until it goes "sproing!"
