Those are the tanabe sub bushings eh. You don't need rear camber arms if your car is not super low. OK the first item minimizes wheel hop. If you like to burn out , it prevents that jerky feeling in the rear.
The second items are tension rods they replace the front rod bushings that connect to the lower control arm. They "can" adjust caster. Not that you would want to for daily driving. They also get rid of that fat mushy bushing which firms up the front end making cornering feel much more accurate and precise.
Lastly the rear camber arms. They adjust how much the top of the rear tire sticks in or out. only nessasary if your car is dropped more than 2 inches or so. So you won't have severe rear negative camber. Unless you want it (drifting , auto-X etc.).Hope that helped a little.
