need help for noob

Hi a bought a 93 hatch with a 91 motor the issue is that my dash lights don't work and when i turn the wheel to the max that steering wheel starts to shake i don't know if the power steering pump is good or needs to be replace

Check fuses and connections first. Then if you can use a meter check for power and use the FSM for the harness layout and plug connectors.

TCU is possibly blown as well for the dash lights to be out.
