Heey im looking at some wheels that 17x8 +4 in the front and 17x9 +19 in the rear. I have an s13 with megan racing coils. I was wondering how far the front would stick out or If I can roll the fenders to make them fit easly? Also need suggestions on tire size.

Elites come in 17x9+15 and are just about flush without any trouble fitting in the rear. I don't think you'll need anything special to fit +19. Depends on what tires your running though.

I'd go with 215/40's on that 17x8, then roll the fenders flat and you should be good to go. You'll need to dial in some camber, nothing crazy though.
