need help finding wheels

ok i have a horrible problem. when i first got my car all it had on it was steelies and i wanted wheels just so it would finish it after i repainted the car. my friend sold me a set of riaxx rims....never even heard of them. but they were really cheap and it was somehting. they're 17's but my car looked jacked up, like im ready to take my car mudbogging haha. i put in a tokico suspension but i still have the stock springs. i also dont have inner fenders, there wasn't any when i bought the car. but basically i want to find a nice set of rims that arent going to be crazy expensive. i really want some kind of 5 spoke with a chrome lip. does anyone know of a decent set of rims like this?
