Need help finding valve shims (adjustment discs) 91 S13 KA

I've actually purchased what I hoped would be the discs I needed twice, but both times the purchase had to be refunded because they weren't available.

The discs are 31mm in diameter, 8 (quantity) x 2.75mm thickness, 8 x 2.95mm thickness.

No shops seem to have any and apparently can't make them. I'm dying to get this done here, can anyone help me out?

I have some, and some buckets. But its not as easy as "I need a set of shims. Check the lash and find out if you need more or less lash. .012-.013 I think. I set all of mine to .010. Used shims from the 2 heads I have even swapped 2 buckets out too.
