Hi Community,

I recently purchased a 91 nissan 300zx na that needed fuel injectors replaced. I went ahead and upgraded them to the new style injectors and completed the coolant line bypass (the egr delete was performed by the previous owner). After assembling everything back together, I am able to start it however the idle increases to 3k, drops and repeats. Any idea what's the issue? Below is the first start video for reference.

Thanks in advance!

Okay, after fixing some mis-routed vacuum lines and cleaning the Idle Air Adjuster without removal per http://s95014253.onlinehome.us/63104/157335.html I have spotted a leak at the below port circled in yellow that sucks air.

Is this supposed to be plugged with a EGR delete? I took this project from a previous owner who had the plenum pulled and EGR deleted when I bought it. In EGR delete kits, I see an EGR valve exhaust fitting that looks like it could be used to plug it but z1motorsports says that piece is supposed to be on the exhaust manifold per https://conceptzperformance.com/czp-egr ... p_2701.php

If the port circled in yellow is not supposed to be plugged, which hose connects to it?

That's the PCV valve.

Thank you so much. Anyone know where I can find the metal elbow in the rear of the far LH "exhaust" valve cover? It appears mine is missing (3 inches to the right of the yellow circle) and need that to run the hose from the PCV valve to the elbow.

Those are not sold separately, you will need to source a used valve cover. OP probably in the process of deleting the PCV system. Might be just easier to continue with the delete altogether.
