Need help finding a small part

Hello everyone! so story goes during the middle of my swap we had to pick up and move everything in the garage to a new location. Along the way i lost two of the gromits that go between the fuel rail and the intake. I read that i could use 5/8 heater hose cut to fit. This works pretty horribly. There causing a pretty large vacuum leak, no surprise. Does anyone know were i could find those gromits. I'm putting off getting a tune until i can find these.

I think I got new ones from Nissan for a KA. They were about $2 each.
