Need help finding a part fella's.

Ok i took the cover off my RB to paint it,and when i did the cast iron bracket that holds the CAS broke in half.When i say broke in half,it was already broke the only thing holding the top part was the CAS,so now im trying to find this part before i can put it back together.Let me know if you have one or no some body that does i would appreciate it greatly.

That sucks. Well I dont have 1, but i can have that Welded for ya. IF you can't find one soon enough and wants to do that my buddy is a welder, check out his website.

Did you check with Ricky (Coolwhip) from Raw Brokerage, think he can hook you. He might have a spare or something. Or you could always JB weld/cold weld that, but I wouldn't trust it with a part like that for CAS. GL

Yeah i tried welding it back,but since its cast iron,the weld wont stick very well,and im afraid to chance it being part of the timing stuff.Thanks for the offer though.

last thing to do is call up the engine importers i.e. jdm imports etc... They'll usually give u one but pricey.

Had exactly the same thing happen to a customer last week!

Ill no doubt be able to get one for you mate, but it'd be a time delay sending from NZ

Should of pm'd me, Im no longer using my CAS. You could of drove down the road to Dayton and I would of sold ya mine.
