Check the connector for the solenoid and see if you have +12v on one of the legs. Then, check continuity back to the controller for both wires.

If you have continuity and are not getting +12v, check to make sure boost is getting to the controller itself, hose isn't pinched to the controller or transducer if it uses one. If you are getting boost pressure to the sensor and you have 12v, it's either the solenoid or the controller.
You can test the solenoid by putting 12v on one terminal and grounding the other, it should click. If you don't have 12v, then make sure your controller is properly wired first. Then test the output terminal for 12v. If it is turning on, it probably has 12v and ground. If it has no output of 12v at the solenoid terminal, open it and look for a fuse, otherwise the controller may be malfunctioning.
