need help: drv side wheel well wiring

Im installing coilovers on my s13, and i need to know how to move the harness/hood release cable out of the way. ive searched around quite a bit but have not been successful. upon my attempt, it doesnt seem like it has enough slack to push it up above the frame support thingy. does it just chill there wit zipties??? i wanna make sure im doin myself a favor, and nt fk up my car.

Pics will deffinately help me-so if ya got some, please post. thanks
