need help (did asearch before posting)

i have my rb26 motor on the floor of my shop and im trying to figure out the series of the motor i have , I have stumbled across a post about the different castings of the rb26 block, my block has the casting of "v3" on the back corner of it . can somebody help me out and tell me if this is the later model r32 block or the early model r32 block specifically as it relates to the oil pump problem .
