Ok heres my set up: ka24de with forged pistons, brand new rods, bored over .20 and pretty much a whole rebuild on the entire head and block. unorthodox race pulley, lightened fly wheel. The piston are good to 20psi and I was wondering if a ball bearing t28 would be a good choice, im lookin to make around 350 to 400hp. The t28 sounds a little crazy but i was wonder if it would be achievable.

The T28 won't get you there. I'd go with the tried and true T3/T4 50 trim.

I would search, there have been a million of these threads, and there is enough info that you can piece it all together.

Fiznutz made a little over 400 with his.

It would depend on a number of things to give you a solid number.
