Need Help Deciding...Future Tuning Plans on My Car

Ok, I need to make a decesion. I am about to have between $4500-$5000 to use for my car. How should I spend it? Here is what my car needs right now:-P/S leak fixed-New tires-New t/c rods/bushings-Paint job/ minor body work (dings etc)

So should I fix my car up? Make it look good and do the suspension? Or should I do a nice lightly upgraded SR and wait for the other stuff later? Argh! I can't decide! I really want the power, but I want a cool car as well...Hmmmm. Mabye I can take out another student loan to do the SR next fall...

When I say "do the supension" I mean Tein HE, adj. tension rods, Tein tir rod ends, Whiteline sway bars, bushings etc.

Or mabye I could just get my SR and sit on it. Buy my HEs at the same time as my motor, and get my Tension rods and sway bars right now. Argh. Money is nice but so hard to spend wiselsy!

I guess it depends on what you want to do with your car.

If its an autox car, do suspension.

If its drag, do engine.. blah blah.. you get the idea....

Or you can invest it, and spend 10,000 next year

do bushings! tc bushings/rods especially... did mine and I love my car again!:) no more shaking at highway speed, or while breaking... best money I've spent to date (other than maybe that lsd i got):D

Ok, so I am ordering Projectsilvia tension rods this week. Check. Next on the list to buy?

hmmm...you could always get a ca18...thatll save you a good 1000 or so...it may not be a sr20, but you will still take almost anything on the freeway.

RICO.. have you pinpointed the leak? If not, im me on altiman94 on aol IM and I will help you out. I too had to fix a PS leak and I bet I know where your problem is.
