aight here goes. I've made 388hp and 372tq with my current turbo setup. And right now i have clutch masters stage 5 clutch. I dont really have any complaint with this clutch....except for the fact that i may have clutch chatter. im not entirely sure though, cuz my transmission always made noises. so im not sure if the noises i heard were from the clutch or the transmission.

but anyways. soon i'll be replacing trannies and i figured while its off i'll check out how my stage is doing and possibly replace it with something else.

so im looking for recomendations on a new clutch that can handle what im making now and then some.

the stage 5 is a 4 puck unsprung. would a sprung clutch work better? possibly elimate any chatter i may have been hearing?

any help would be greatly appreciated. I would just hate to leave the stage 5 on there and then put the new transmission on and come to find out the there is clutch chatter.

I've heard the ACT Performance Race Clutch Kit Xtreme (4 or 6 puck, whatever your flavor), are very good.. I haven't used one personally though, so i can't tell you about chatter first hand

Ive had good results from ACT on my KAT and Exedy on my SR. Ive put 18K on the exedy that came in my front clip which looked fairly worn when I got the damn thing and its still doesnt slip, Im pretty impressed with it.
