need help car wont start

have a 91 240 sx which i got from my freind because he couldnt get it out of the shop but instead of him puting it in a mechanic shop he took it to a body shop(shows how smart he is) but still i towed it to my house and its been sitting there for a while. until about 2 moths ago i had time to start and get it started but it doesnt crank it had the harnes for the coil and the distributo cut i replaced those and then i replaced 2 distributor but it still does not crank can anybody help me. it had gotten stolen when my freind owned it. can anybody help me

When you it doesn't crank, you mean it doesn't turn over at all, correct? If so, then start with battery, starter and wiring for that circuit.

When it was stolen, was there any damage done to the ignition switch?

no it turns over but it doesnt start it seems like its about to but then it doesnt. no i never looked to see if there is any damage to it.:help

yeah man i gave up next week im taking it to a mechanic shop down the street. ill keep u all up dated.

did you check for spark at the plug wires? did you check fuel pressure? Are the injectors pulsing while your cranking the engine?
