need help!!! car wont start

i have a 08,i dont know why the car wont start, when i turn the ignition theres a very dimmed icon of battery and another icon on top of it, no other light/icon shows up. there are no clicks nothing happens besides the battery icon going off when i try to start it. i also turned off the radio thats hooked up to a sub/amp before starting car. when i got the car jumped and drove home i tested the batterys voltage while running and its at 13.5, when the engine is off the battery has a 12.8 volts. also the lights or radio wont turn on if i try it. there are no corrosion on the battery post, all the wire are connected, what could it be, a fuse, the alternator, battery?

I had a 2000 Ford Escort whose alternator died, and it was pretty obvious that was the problem when the tow truck driver jumped my car and it died two minutes later. If you were able to drive it home, I'd say it's probably not the alternator. My guess (and it's not a terribly educated one) is that it might be the battery. A lot of car places will check it for free for you (hoping you'll get it replaced at their stores), so that might be worth a shot.

was just wondering has anyone loosen the positive terminal screw that links up the the fuses? the one with a female nut that screws onto a screw of the housing that links to the fuses? ive tried to loosen it be no luck, im trying to switch to a aftermarket battery terminal.
