Need help car won't start

Ok I just did a sr20det in a s13. I got the car to start for the first time and had it sit for a few week.. When I went back to start it it won't start... There no sparks and fuel pump won't come on...

Things I did areadly.Check fuse.check connections to pump.Check gournd.

Do any one also know of a shop or someone that I can pay to get my car to start in Minnesota?Thanks for the help
