need help, car turns over starts for a sec and then floods

need help here! i put in a new intake, fuel rail and new injectors and replaced all the vaccum lines and intercooler fittings as well as put a z32 maf and had ecu retuned. put it all together and cant get f***er running. :oops: any ideas greatly appriciated. i pulled out injectors twice and checked orings and made sure they where seated correctly but no luck. i tried starting it without plugging in the maf and no luck. i tried turning down the pressure with the fpr and no luck.checked plugs and coil packs and they look good and have spark. im running out of ideas as to what i may have over looked. checked all the wiring and its good. dont know what else to check. ken at enjuku says its probably the injectors but dont know what else to do with them. ecu is retuned and new injector have different connectors.and car floods i can smells like fuel big time. it starts for a sec and then dies. any idea??????

Who did the tune? I had a new ecu with my tune and the ecu turned out to be bad. also I had some injector issues( make sure the o-rings didnt get torn when inserted.

Put a fuel pump kill switch in, turn it off until ur car starts to crank over like its going to start. Then mush the gas pedal and turn the fuel pump on.

got it to start by putting in new fuel and new plugs. everything else was new. i could only get it started with the maf disconnected. and found vacuum leak on injectors 2 and 3. need to see what the cause of this leak is and re check the wiring on the z32 maf. if its correct then need to buy another maf as the one i have i bought on ebay like 3 years ago and never opened it. lol.

tested wiring today and found that everything was hooked up correctly yet the signal wire would only put out .1 volt i had read some where that it needs to be .5

any ideas?

this is what i would do to see if i have a bad injector or not..

use tie wire to hold injectors in rail.."if your top fed"..pull rail off..have a buddy crank the car over and watch for injector spray..if it just pours out..you have an injector issue..if there are small gassy sprays..your good...

if thats good..turn to your dizzy and wthe wireing thats connected to it..in your FSM there is a test procedure for that plug on the dizzy its self..test that to see if the sensor inside the dizzy is working..get back to us with what ya find and we can go from there.
