Basically on cold start up the engine will hesitate a bit after starting and then stall out. If I hold the RPM's at about 1500-2000 for a few seconds after starting it'll run fine after that, like nothing's wrong.

- changed spark plugs
- changed air filter
- cleaned maf
- cleaned throttle body
- performed throttle body relearn
- cleaned intake valve solenoid
- no visible or audible vacuum leaks
- oil changed
- camshaft sensor replaced
- crankshaft sensor replaced

Will do a fuel pressure test next and try another throttle body and mass air flow sensor but I'm running out of ideas. This video shows exactly what it's doing:

Any ideas? It's weird because if I give it gas for a few seconds it runs like nothing is wrong with it, even when driving.

Probably the same problem as the other poster has with high idle RPM's.
Won't be a MAF. Either the TPS or IACV is going bad.
Try a relearn as well.

Already tried a relearn on it with no luck. Is the tps and iacv integrated into the throttle body?
