i got a 03 sentra gxe..and im having a problem...everytime i make a left or right turn..im hearing a knocking noise and i cannot tell what it is..i checked the suspension and figured the brake pads were off..and no luck..any ideas?

YUP!
Does it only click while you are accelerating in turns? If so, this directly points to your CV joints.
