Need help!! Car has low idle sputters really bad.

Whenever I start my car it idles at about 500-600rpms. If I put the car in gear it drops lower than that and stalls unless I keep the clutch pushed in and give it gas to maintain the rpms. A couple friends suggested the fuel filter so I replaced that but no luck. I just had the fuel pump and the fuel lines replaced. I was thinking maybe the injectors?? It seems like it maybe a fuel issue but im a n00b to the car scene and dont have a lot of experience. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My money is on vac leak.

i'm sure NICO crew will correct me if i'm wrong, but try unplugging your MAF and see how it idles. If it runs smoother chances are you have a vac leak which leans out your A/F ratio making it stutter.
